  • Ashley was amazingly helpful in clearing up a problem with Village medical sending a bad referral over that would have made me totally self pay. Not only did she deal with Village Medical in a very professional manner but she went so far as to go beyond their inadequate staff and went straight to the Blue Cross insurance folks and got the referral cleared up. She spent over an hour hammering the issue until it was solved. I could not be more thankful to her for every effort that she put in and kept me in the loop the entire time. She fought so hard for me and I really can't say enough to compliment her on the job she did. Thank you!!!!!

  • I recently called this medical facility and was immediately impressed by Emily at the front desk. She has the compassionate demeanor of a true professional—like a modern Florence Nightingale. She handled my appointment scheduling and insurance verification with such kindness and efficiency that I felt at ease instantly. I even got a confirmation text within MINUTES!!. I haven't visited yet, but if Emily's care is any indication, this place is doing everything right. Five stars!👍👍👍

He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even managing to fit me in for two procedures despite being fully booked. His dedication to his patients is unmatched, and I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.   • I met with Dr. Shaadi for a consultation appointment to discuss a colonoscopy. I extremely appreciated his bedside manner that so many doctors lack today. He was very thorough with his questions and responses to my questions. He asked about my reason for coming and depth of my family history which is the reason that I have colonoscopies done as recommended. I really felt comfortable with Dr. Shaadi so I know he will take good care of me. First impressions are everything! For Dr, Shaadi, he says he's doing his job but it means so much more to the patient (Me)
